To send you our newsletter, we only use the email address you provided when signed up to receive the newsletter from us.

If you submit the job application form, we will also process your IP address for security and anti-DoS measures.

We may also process requests to take steps you ask us to take to enter into and/or perform a contract with you to provide you with our services. You are not obliged to provide us with any details, but if you do not provide all relevant information we may not be able to assist you.

Newsletter

To respond to your request, we will use your personal information. Your data is stored in WordPress and our email programs.

For privacy purposes, please ensure that your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and BSN have been blacked out. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, no later than 4 weeks. If it takes longer, we will inform you. Our maximum response time is 12 weeks.

Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with data protection authorities. In the Netherlands, you may do so through the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us first to see if we can resolve the issue before filing a complaint with the authorities.
